Language Concept S.A.U. operates in the sectors of international supply, technical procurement and logistics, including operations with public bodies and within the defence sector. Accordingly, it applies internal due-diligence protocols with clients and suppliers in line with Spanish Law 10/2010, of 28 April, on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, including:
- Verification of the identity and activity of clients and suppliers before formalising an operation
- Review of international sanctions lists and restricted parties applicable to each operation
- Retention of documentation evidencing each operation in accordance with legal time limits
- Reporting to the competent authorities of any operation potentially linked to money laundering or terrorist financing

5. Export control and regulatory compliance
Given the nature of certain operations linked to the defence sector and dual-use products, Language Concept S.A.U. operates in accordance with Spanish and European Union regulations on the control of foreign trade in defence and dual-use material, including Regulation (EU) 2021/821.
